Johnny Tomatoes Pizza ("we," "our," or "us") respects your privacy and is committed to protecting your personal information. This policy explains how we collect, use, and protect your mobile phone number and text message communications.

SMS Program Overview

By opting in to our SMS program, you agree to receive promotional text messages from Johnny Tomatoes Pizza at the mobile number you provided. These messages may include special offers, weekly promotions, new menu announcements, and restaurant updates.

Message Frequency

Up to 6 messages per month. You may opt out at any time by replying STOP to any message (see "Opt-Out Instructions" below).

Message and Data Rates May Apply

Standard message and data rates may apply to messages sent and received from your mobile device. Check with your wireless carrier for details on your specific messaging plan.

Sharing of Mobile Numbers

We do not share, sell, rent, or lease your mobile phone number or any SMS opt-in information with any third parties. Your mobile number is used solely by Johnny Tomatoes Pizza to deliver the text messages you have opted in to receive. We will not share your mobile number with marketing partners, affiliates, or any outside organizations.

How We Collect Your Number and Consent

1. Point-of-Sale System: When customers place an order through our in-store or online ordering system (Shift4/SkyTab), they are asked at checkout if they would like to receive promotional text messages. Customers must verbally confirm "yes" to the cashier (in-store) or check a consent box (online) to opt in. Only after explicit confirmation is the phone number added to our promotional SMS list.

2. In-Store QR Code: Customers may scan a QR code displayed in our restaurant. The QR code directs the customer to a web page where they enter their mobile phone number and check a box agreeing to receive recurring promotional SMS messages from Johnny Tomatoes Pizza. The web page displays the message frequency (up to 6 per month), "message and data rates may apply," and links to our Terms and Conditions and Privacy Policy. Only after checking the box and submitting is the customer opted in.

3. Direct Text (Keyword): Customers may opt in by texting the keyword JOIN to +1 (941) 499-8811. Upon sending JOIN, the customer receives an automated confirmation message. The customer must reply YES to complete the opt-in process. Only after confirming YES is the customer added to the active subscriber list.

Opt-In Process

For all opt-in methods, customers must provide explicit consent before receiving promotional messages. No promotional messages will be sent without explicit opt-in confirmation.

Opt-Out Instructions

You can opt out of our SMS program at any time by:
- Replying STOP to any text message you receive from us
- Replying UNSUBSCRIBE or CANCEL to any message

Upon opting out, you will receive a confirmation message. You will not receive any further promotional messages from our SMS program after opting out. You may opt back in at any time by texting JOIN to +1 (941) 499-8811.
